1. Return requests raised within 7 days of receiving the order are considered valid and acceptable.
2. You can request for returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This may include instances like receiving a wrong product, product quality not as expected, or receiving the product in an opened, damaged, or tampered state.
3. In case of refunds, it may take up to 10 business days to process your request. Here the user needs to bear the shipping charges.
4. The products to be exchanged should be in their original box and packaging they were at the time of delivery.

Our products are sourced from organic fiber-based material like pure cotton, linen, rayon, viscose, silk, jute, bamboo, plant fibers, and wood. These are Azo-free zero-toxin products that are produced without involving any form of an artificial agent or chemical, and only using sustainable materials and supplies.

How do you commit to a sustainable and eco-friendly production process?
We follow sustainable policy at work at all levels. From everything that we produce including clothing, accessories, to home furnishing products, we make sure it undergoes an eco-friendly process that follows green policies and conscious practices that remains sensible towards the environment and the life that surrounds. While taking over the production practices, we make sure that each act of ours leaves the least impact on nature.
